Ok, I’ve gone in and fixed the comments forms to work properly. I also fixed an error with an image conversion program that was missing on this server. The image security is working again.
I was having problems with the comments form not showing up properly. It turns out that WP doesn’t seem to be looking at the right file. I went ahead and did a work around that will have to work for the time being. Anyway, you will notice some differences now in the way comments are submitted. I’ve installed a SPAM filter for comments, so I hope we won’t see crap comments.

While this whole thing was going on with my dad, I did manage to make my escape from the insanity into WoW. Basically, any time I had at home was generally spent playing WoW. Why? The virtual reality was much better than reality at the time, and still is in most cases. In that time, I managed to level up most of my characters to decent enough levels. For the most part, the priest is still the step-child at level 10, being my least favorite to play. On the other hand, my hunter is 23 now, looking for 24 over my weekend, maybe 25. The rest are between 11 and 18.

This past two weeks have been rough….. very rough….

You see, my father died last Thursday. The man that made it possible for me to even be here today is gone from this world. About 18 months ago he had a major heart surgery where they reshaped his heart, and it bought him more time. But that’s not the beginning…

After months of waiting, the 1.81 patch is off the test server and on the lives servers. woot! I wasn’t even looking for it today, er yesterday, but I’m glad it’s out. I’ve been playing WoW so much, so it might be time to test out the changes in 1.81 they’ve promised.

An small overview of the more important 1.81 changes are:

1. All TOA artifacts now level off of every kill made in RvR and PvE. Great news! No more grinding in certain areas or dungeons!!!!

Ok, my impressions after playing WoW for a few weeks are fairly positive.

To begin with, I’m staying true to my nature and playing multiple characters at this point. So far I have one level 18, and 2 level 15’s, and a 3 others between 10 and 14. So far, I like playing all of them, although I’ve never realy been a fan of playing pure melee classes, but I’m enjoying it overall.
