First it was peer-to-peer networks, now it’s lyrics sites… The RIAA is sending cease and desist letters to free lyrics sites. The RIAA group has pretty much made a mochary of the music industry with their crappy and blind lawsuits against innocent people, unable to defend themselves. This goes to show just how low they will go, and I expect it to get worse before it gets better.
Time, a little money, and some conjones the size of Texas. lol! It’s true! My problems are time and cojones. lmao! Between my girlfriend, job, and games, I have very little time to sleep, much less anything else. My girlfriend is kind of demanding of my time, but that’s to be expected I guess. I would really love to get a podcast rolling, but besides the time contraints, I’m a yellow belly. lol Seriously! I have stage fright bad. Hard to believe, with my having been in many performing arts groups in school (theater arts was fun! although I found out hoes was itchy), and some after school for a short time (was a clogger through most of highschool and some after until I had to get a job). Heh, I’d probably be so nervous during the podacst, my voice would probably crack like I was a teenager again. Ah yeah, and don’t forget about cotton-mouth! Oh, my mouth and throat get dry when I get nervous. I don’t know. Would it be worth it to get my opinions actually heard? hmmmm….. I’m not sure. lol! It would surprise me to no end if I actually had a following of listeners.
I was reading an article about a man claiming to have a bomb at the airport, and getting shot to death by Air Marshels. Some witnesses say he was acting eradic. According some witnesses, his wife was running behind him yelling that he was bipolar and didn’t take his medications that day. There was never a bomb found….

Lately, I’ve been reading a lot about gold farmers in WoW. Many players have posted the forums about these people. Anyway, I just read and article about one guys view about farming, power-leveling, and gold farmers. He goes through the list of how things work for farmers and power-levelers. He left it open-ended for you to make your own choice, which is a good thing to do. Now, here’s my opinion on the whole thing.
Say, you want to play an online game. There’s WoW, Lineage II, DAoC, EQ, EQ II, and a ton more.
BioWare, the game producers who brought you Never Winter Nights, SW: Knights of the Old Republic, and many others, has begun a NWN modding contest. This sounds interesting, but not for the faint of modders. It’s rather limited as to what you can do; e.g. 4×4 area, no combat, 3500 words total, etc., so read the rules closely. Also, although employment is hinted, it’s not a guarantee, and the also reserve the right to use your ideas, if they are “independently developed” by the company (I believe this means projects already in development, but who really knows?). Anyway, fire up Aurora (the only legal mod editor for the contest) and go to town!
