Getting yet another new server….
For my normal readers, I’m sorry I haven’t been posting as often as I probably should. I’ve been a very busy man with a new website to create and business to start.
Regular visitors will have noticed that the site may have been running a bit slow, or maybe not at all. Well, I’m not sure what the problem is, but here’s the plan. I’ve secured a different VPS hosting plan from a different company. The transition should be seemless, but I also expect that caching Proxie and DNS servers will take some time to clear out their cache. An unfortunate side-effect. But hey, eventually it’ll all get straightened out. 
Why’d I decide to change servers? Well, besides the server being dog slow, I’m getting a better deal. For about $4 more, I’m getting more than twice the drive space and twice as much memory allocation. Not to mention, I’m also getting all the bells and whistles that came along with my old plan. Yes, I think I’ll be getting a better deal.
