My name is Jay Talbot (duh!) and I’m a 33 year old culinary student in Round Rock, TX. I’m training to be a Chef! This means I’m a food geek now!
Why start a blog?
Well, why not? I need an outlet for my thoughts and opinions, and this seems the most efficient and economical way of doing it. Therapy and drugs are just too damn expensive! lol!
