Summary

Although I lack a lot of professional food experience, in my teen and tween years I did work for several fast food companies such as concession stand work, Subway, Taco Villa (regional franchise), and Taco Bell.

I am eager to to get into a professional kitchen, learn more and soak up new techniques, recipes, and the way the industry works.

I hope to one day own my own restaurant.
